Sleep.
We need it;
Even when we’re sick.
Sometimes, it is hard to sleep when sick.
Coughing,
Congestion,
Headaches,
Chills,
Body aches;
They all can keep you up at night,
They can impact your sleep
And make it hard to sleep right.
It’s awful.
It sucks.
It’s not good.
Not getting good sleep
Can leave you tired in the morning.
That gives you less time to rest
And heal
And recover
And get better.
